MOO CHALLENGE BERLIN - Orientierungssport Nordost

Hello OL friends in Berlin

You may already have noticed this ‚weird‘ event named MOO CHALLENGE popping out in the calendar that will take place in Berlin on May 24

I am the organizer and this is all you need to know – if you like it please share it with friends – I need your help to spread the word, thank you very much!

It is a team competition with about 6h time limit, where you can use public transport to reach the 7 maps spread around town (some proper sprint orienteering maps – some weird, minimalist, other kind of maps)

There are no flags, to punch a control you answer a question or send a selfie with an app

You’ll visit regenerated areas, historical places, and you’ll have the chance to navigate with a map in unusual places, usually not intended for orienteering

It is suitable for all: elite OL runners or family and friends walking

You must come because:
– it is so funny – competitors usually love it (I organized it 9 times in Milan-Italy already and competitors are all smiles all the time)
– the maps are high quality and the map-reading/strategy is a high level technical exercise
– you support local orienteering as I will leave the orienteering maps (that I specially produce for the event) to the local community for their trainings or competitions
